29 g 1/2 inch slin pin, 2 ways to do this, as I have been taught-
easy way- AM shot, PM shot
hard way, but as somebody recently told me is the more effective way- Bedtime shot, middle of night shot (whenever you wake up to take a piss, and if you miss it first thing as you wake up)
I have no clue whether or not this is good or bad information, and I apologize if it is, but someone at the gym was pretty adamant in regards to the "hard way" method.
Having said all of that, I shoot AM 2.5 iu into my left delt, and PM 2.5 iu into my right delt (: I'm not waking up to take no pisses when I'm on these kigs lol, I am out like a ROCK as soon as I hit the pillow.
