No, not Reppingfor20 or Benny but rather the TV show. One dude lost 70lbs in three weeks. Not a good thing. Opinions?

It was revealed by a former contestant that the producers encourage dehydration.  I'm sure a good portion of that 70 lbs. was water.

However, morbidly obese people can lose weight ridiculously fast when normal exercise and healthy diet is introduced into their daily lives.

One of your clients, Rampage Jackson, went from 270 lbs. to 205 lbs. in a month for the Rashad Evans fight using the Dolce Diet, jogging, and training.

I read a book on sports nutrition by "susan kleiner" once and she briefly mentioned it is not uncommon for obese people to lose 50lbs really fast because they hold sooooo much water

yes...dolce and I had this out (civil debate). I don't think rashad used dolce though. I do know Dolce almost killed Rampage before his fight with rashad. Rampage had the fight won in the second round but he gassed and couldn't recover after he ground and pounded Rashad. Rashad was able to recover quickly. Why did Rampage gas? Because Dolce had Rampage dehydrate 18lbs 48 hrs before the fight!!!

Haha... Fat people juice probably has the consistency of jell-o but smells like sweat and skin-folds.

Largely water loss. Better to lose the weight the "wrong" way than keep it. The fat bastatards on that show can lose 20 lbs a week.
