imagining asking arnold back in the day about over training
it would be good to see how much training these guys could do naturally

Jays just sucks the life out of you....like watching wallpaper.... He needs to retire and get a family going so he can stop thinking about himself for a change. Did you see where phil gave him props and he didnt flinch but rubs his "Im a multiple olympia winner, unlike phil" in his face.

Thank god phil won and hes actually interested to talk about training and such.

haha you need to read between the lines guys, jay was funny when he had to emphasize..

"we both being mr olympia.. of course myself being a multiple mr olympia champion"

edit: i saw know it was commented on already.. jay was just being a little douchy. they're friends obviously and jay lost with grace, gave him props right on stage. not like mr coleman gave jay any kind of props ever.
