It works better when you have carbs in your system but it can get addictive knowing that you can eat like shit and still lose weight so just be careful. Also be careful about getting any kind of cold because if you do its going to be a miserable experience on DNP.
The problem with it though is that it makes it so you can't really train that hard for very long because you just end up feeling exhausted. At that point, where is the real benefit if you can lose weight playing xbox but can't train because you'll feel like shit.
