Cheating like crazy on DNP

I was on DNP for about 3 weeks doing just great and then last friday boom, i had a big cheat day - maybe 6000 cals if not more and its been the same every day since and I CAN'T STOP! I don't even know if i'm getting fat or just bloated but this is killing me - please give me motivation to stop!

It works better when you have carbs in your system but it can get addictive knowing that you can eat like shit and still lose weight so just be careful. Also be careful about getting any kind of cold because if you do its going to be a miserable experience on DNP.

The problem with it though is that it makes it so you can't really train that hard for very long because you just end up feeling exhausted. At that point, where is the real benefit if you can lose weight playing xbox but can't train because you'll feel like shit.

once you start its really hard to stop.. although DNP seems to work better (for me anyway) when slightly more carbs are in my body i eat around 200-250g carbs a day and still lose weight
