average strength vs peak strength

do you pay attention to your average amount of weightlifting completed. not to offend but most studs think they are acheiving new personal bests only because theyve been taking more days off, that means more peak strength and less average strength

I know that if I take two weeks off weightlifting it takes me two weeks to get back to my poundages.

Yes I am the same way.  I can lift consistently for months but then if I miss a week I regress big time.
