Were you taking multiminerals with it?
well, magnesium, taurine, calcium, sodium + multivitamin. tried to stay away from potassium since it would just mess up my electrolyte balance even more
i'm really susceptible to cramping, i don't know why. if i eat enough sodium to prevent minor cramping then i'll balloon up to the point where i get indentations on my feet from just socks and shit.
