Ron Paul - First Place in Iowa (12/18/11)
« on: December 21, 2011, 02:02:56 PM »
Check it out here: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/docs/2011/InsiderAdvantage_IA_1218.pdf

23.9% Ron Paul
18.2% Mitt Romney
15.5% Rick Perry
12.9% Newt Gingrich
11.9% NO OPINION
10.1% Michele Bachmann

In this poll he's clearly leading, though with 12% having no opinion as of now who knows what will happen on election (or caucus) day? Also, gotta say I'm impressed with Rick Perry's surge in this poll.

Perry is picking up.  That is good relative to Newt or Romney.

Yeah... On a strict policy and record basis I'd prefer Rick Perry... But his debate performances have troubled me too much. If Perry does manage to become the GOP nominee, I think the Republicans might actually lose this election.

I guess you didn't like Rasmussen so you went with this one...or the national one that has RP down 12 points nationally to Romney.  ::)

I guess you don't like Insider Advantage so you went with Rasmussen. Seriously, some of your arguments are so infantile they're just bizarre.  ???

Rasmussen was out first....your naive, bizzare and utterly ridiculous world outlook is beyond childish, its dangerous. But your a RP bot and no amount of RP's wack job utterings on Iran, Manning or whatever would have you question your faith in this idiot.

Actually, you're the RP bot. You're the one going around posting in every thread about him and creating multiple threads (sometimes daily) about him. And Rasmussen was out first? Actually, this one was out first. Rasmussen has RP at 20%, IA has him at 24%, and PPP has him at 23%. So his numbers are quite stable in the low 20% range.

Yeah..I posted that before you cherry picked your guy. Be that as it may....what about Manning? Response "well I don;t know much about that" You also don't seem to know a whole lot about Iran, Egypt, Israel or anything else. How old are you...who'd you vote for in 2008.

I chose not to vote in 2008. I was going to vote for the LP but then they chose Barr so I decided to stay home. None of this is relevant to any of this discussion.

And you seem to be delirious about foreign policy in the exact same way that Democrats are delirious about domestic policy. Remember our earlier argument? To you, wasting trillions of dollars and thousands of American lives is worth it in order to keep gasoline a few cents cheaper. To you, bombing foreign countries and propping up dictatorships has no unintended consequences and anyone who disagrees, whether they are Congressmen or CIA analysts, is "nutty."

BTW - LOL at you accusing me of cherry-picking when you chose the ONLY poll that has Romney in first in Iowa.

I didn't the other poll. I pulled mine from Drudge. You had both polls from RCP and choose the one that fit your narrative.  Polls mean shit all until 3 Jan...then on to NH and the SC and then we can end the RP debate because it will all be over.

I chose the one poll that hasn't been posted here. You posted Rasmussen and I posted the PPP one a few days ago when it came out in another thread.
