After a 3rd place finish at the 2011 Olympia and the Sheru Classic;  Two-time Arnold Classic champion Kai Greene informed FLEX MAGAZINE that he will not be competing in the 2012 Arnold to focus all of his efforts on the 2012 Olympia. kai's leg training video was awesome, i tried to do his whole routine and almost threw up, i changed it up a little and i gotta say it's awesome
