3 points is also the margin of error for the poll so more than likely they are dead even or Paul could be slightly ahead.

I'm guessing they mean when results are called in or while they're being posted online as they're called in.

This doesn't pass the sniff test.  RP will have people at the "undisclosed location", but I sure hope they're very experienced with caucus politics...cause this stinks.

Romney has always been the default candidate anyway.  He really didn't have to spend any money to remain at the top.

Ron is only polling high because the little tea baggers shot their wads early on with jumping on the Bachmann, Perry, Cain, Trump, and Newt bandwagon.
