This doesn't make sense to me.

Tom Brady blew out his knee a couple of seasons ago, did several million kids stop wanting to play football that year?

I'm a huge Knick fan being originally from NY. When Patrick Ewing blew out his Achilles, I didn't get thrown off and stop wanting to play hoops.

UFC Fighters, Pro Boxers, Hockey Players, Baseball players... Actually, almost any sport... even GOLF can cause injuries.

Ronnie spent years of his life abusing his body with drugs and by throwing hundreds of pounds of weight around in the gym. Do you think he was coming out of that injury free???

also what ronnie is in the hospital for,is from heavy lifting,it is not a drug issue,other than the fact that the drugs made him strong enough to lift heaviert weights,its not a heart attack or a prostate problem or a kidney problem,its a problem with his back,i know of three or four guys a where i work that have had back surgery,whats the big deal.

It wasn't a comparison of health. It was a comparison showing that any sort of physically demanding activity, even as mild as golf, will wear on you body. When done in extremes or at the highest level (See Coleman compared to neighborhood gym rat, or Tom Brady being hit by 300 lb linemen compared to a QB getting hit by a 180 lb guy in his local football league), the risk for bodily damage becomes higher.

lots of drugfree powerlifters have had the same injury,as have lots of factory workers across the country,if anything the anabolics probably kept ronnie healthier longer,deca is one of the best anti inflamatorys there is.
