the op claims to have women pay for everything while he hasn't worked in years, how is he not manipulating them when traditionally it is the other way around?

maybe they pay for his stuff for the same reason guys pay for stuff, they want sex and attention from that particular person

yes there is game, if there wasn't every guy would be getting laid on a consistent basis just by looking good
