it depends on the years friends,,
in general most fellas in top amatuer are dealer either local or internet in some way ,,profesionals hav esponsor or quit competing or if competin with out sponsor rich family with money or dealer and try to sponsor some product that doenst do a thing over counter and go with it to make money from you to buy what THEY ned for them to suceed
some have ug suppliers whothey befriend but it is not many and the supplier got to realy like you ,,this is not the typical though,, most top amatuers have files in local police somewhere be sure of that
it change somewhat along years with internet involvment who make it all les risky but...still many top amatuer have file in police USUALY or femiliar with law
