Arms and abs fuck the rest

All I see are twinks with push up quality chests, veins in their arms and nice abs getting called ripped and toned and getting all of the attention from whores.

No one gives a fuck about round shoulders and back other than schmoes.

You want to be famous and on TV?  Have abs and nice arms and you're in.  Youll have decent shoulders and chest from the residual work they get.

Want to fuck bitches like a madman?  Arms and Abs.  I've never seen a girl drool over a guy with nice rhomboids or traps.

Want to be on any magazine cover not names FLEX or MD?  Arms and Abs, fuck the rest.

Want to be considered "HUGE" , "CHISELED" and "CUT" by the general population then work on arms and abs.

No less than 50 reps per set to build that depth.

Stay away from everything but Tren and Masterone.  Add some GH, T3 and Clen when you want to lose some weight.  Take some diuretics in the last couple of days to be lean as fuck and then walk the beach in July, or tryout for some model shoots or TV ads and you will be a God to millions.

But take a million doses of all drugs, workout like an IFBB pro and you'll be a God to thousands.

If you're not lean nobody cares. Doesn't matter how much muscle you may have or how balanced your physique may be. And most girls do like bigger physiques than the arms and abs skeletons,,, like 190-210 and lean, once you start getting bigger than that it's all for the schmoes.
