I disagree with eating big all of the time, if truly natural.
As I have gotten older, I realize I wasted a lot of time of being a permabulker (walking around at 15%+) for no reason.
In clothes, I was a natural 225 (squatting/deadlifting/dipping/chinning/all compound exercises heavy with perfect form) that looked very large.
Out of clothes, I did not look like a bodybuilder, I looked bloofy. And a bloofy natural is not impressive in the least.
