As a kid I had a lot of trouble with my teeth. People always act surprised with I tell them this, as if I’m making it up. I think they forget we are not machines. We can have the same problems they do.When I first started back after surgery, eating was not good. In fact, it was very painful. So I had to take a break. I ended up going on a holiday to Curacaou because it took three months before my jaw was fully recovered.Now that my training and eating are going well, my power is starting to come back. I came back to Holland for Grandma to have a look at my physique and choose what we needed to do.Grandma made some changes to my training. We are doing things we haven’t done before, and we will see how my back and chest respond to the new training and nutrition.
