;D

Damn you're sick. Just the other day your post count was like 280 and now almost at 500. And the pathetic part is 95% of your posts are little smiley faces whenever someone talks about abusing steroids or how they run 2 grams of tren a week. Then you quote their post and do this:  ;D

Only reason I don't buy protein powder is because with that money I could buy more tren. ;D

Protein works.

The cycle i grew the most was the one were i juiced the less but increased protein intake to the most i could eat. This was a fact at least with me.

I have done the hot-dog/hamburger/icecream approach some years ago with generous intake of sustanon/deca ampouls with it and the results wheren't impressive. Got fat as hell.

I agree that natural food sources are the best but when you have a job and family it's very hard to have a big protein intake without some meal replacement shake or something like that. Of couse never forggeting the "good stuff".

have you ever tried a "low protein" diet (by bodybuilding standards)?

i mean, just saying fuck the protein shakes, fuck the egg whites, if i don't get 1 g/lb who cares, and noticed any difference?

the lowest I've gone was recent and was maybe 1.25g per lb, some times even less. I was just trying to maintain/cut and I kept all my muscle because of the hormonas. So yea not a big difference. I agree it's not as important as the mainstream claims

honestly, when on gear you can probably get away with 140g protein a day or maybe even 100 but i think that's pushing it.

if you run t3 you need more though, depending on how much t3 and how many grams/wk of AAS

I agree 100% with this, to be honest, your body makes enough protein to sustain and function itself on its own.. No doubt, for us bodybuilders, I think we do need more than the average person, but some of these recommendations are ridiculous... And I along with many other fellas on this board, have just said fuck it and not worried about protein, maybe got between 150-200 grams and have not noticed a difference.. just my 2 cents

bodybuilding.com is like this. One huge circle jerk. They have no fucking shame.

I wish I know about the supplement collusion earlier. I spent well over $15,000, probably closer to $20,000 when I first started working out. Took me a few years before I started dropping the supplements and noticed no change at all, just a heavier wallet. Bought a couple vials of over priced and underdosed test, but a few weeks on that too me further than all the supplements combined. :-X

You can get away with it for maybe maintaining for a little, but not for packing on more muscle. Even when maintaining, you are bound to lose some muscle on that low of protein over time. Maybe not if your carbs are really high though. Then again I am talking out of my ass because I am too afraid to try it and I would just starve myself eating that little

just try it, bud.  life is long.  what do you have to lose?  a couple of pounds?  you already look great, i'm sure, so no one will notice, and you can gain it back in a month or two.

on the other hand, if you cut the protein and don't lose shit... well you've saved yourself a lifetime of overeating!

at 140gr on steroids? naw, you definitely can keep gaining. more steroids you take the higher your protein retention and the lower your protein degradation. when you think about how much protein is in a pound of beed, and you envision 1/10th of that and imagine putting on .1 pounds muscle a day, you realize you really don't need that much protein to keep gaining. most of the size and weight is from water/carbs and why on keto it looks like you lose half your muscle, but we all know that's not true since people are eating 600gr protein and fat a day haha

140g of protein is no fun  :-[

I have the appetite of a sumo wrestler. I've done the starvation dieting when I was natty. I don't want to go back to those miserable days.
