don't forget the tzatziki saude

Every easter I go to my aunts house (they lived in Greece for 10 plus years) food is off the freaken chain. When people from different countries no how to make the authentic dishes it's out of this world. I can't wait until easter this year. I wish I could eat that way all of the time.

Do you guys play the game with the colored eggs? There's always like 20 people packed into my aunts house. The women all bring out baskets of hardboiled colored eggs. Then we go around and see who has the strongest egg. You take turn hitting eachothers egg pretty fun it's been a tradition forever. Then everyone gets drunk and we have baklava for desert.

The crust that's coiled around with feta cheese stuff into it is my favorite. Not sure what that is called. They make a pie that has leaks, spinach, and yogurt it sounds gross but it's unbelievable. They other variation has roasted peppers onions and meat.

Only in getbig a short debate about who was a better futboll player would lead to a comparison between their penis size with pics included.

ewww to feta.

In the summer everyone on my dads side of the family plants a pretty big garden. About half of it is hot and sweet peppers. When it's time for harvest they get a big fire going throw a grill over it and roast all of the peppers. They peel the black skin off and put the peppers into freezer bags. When winter comes they thaw out the peppers mix the hot and mild ones put them in a frying pan with olive oil and feta cheese. You get some fresh baked french bread of italian bread and make a sandwich out of them. My mouth is watering thinking about it!
