Independents Abandoning Romney

Greg Sargent flags a striking finding in the new Pew Research poll:

In November, Mitt Romney was beating President Obama among independent voters, 53% to 41%. Now those numbers are upside down: Obama tops Romney among them, 51% to 42%. That's a net 19 point swing of independents in Obama's direction in three months.

Honestly 333... I feel Obama may be the better choice over Romney.
Look at is this way - Obama is gridlocked with a republican house and senate.
Romney would have no such checks.  :-\

It pains me to say it... but I really feel that Romney would be worse than Obama.  :-\

I am on the edge on this.   Both suck royally.   But Obama has the power via regulatory action to collapse the nation like he is with the epa ertc.

And if enough repubs stay home, we wont keep the house GOP, it will go back to pelosi and her gang of thugs.

Yeah, what would be worse? Romney with a blue house/senate, or Obama with a red house/senate?

We are screwed under any scenario from what i see.

Obama is a lying rat, a communist, a thug, a manchurian potus, and saul alinsky radical.

Romney is a rino, a big govt statist, but i dont think he wakes up figuring out how to collapse the nation every day like obama does.

I'm not a huge fan of either but would certainly vote for Romney over Obama, who refuses to make necessary cuts, expanding the role and reach of government and keeps manipulating us fuzzy math, mantras and message.

That's what I've been saying... Obama is a powerless idiot. He was powerless with a Democrat majority in Congress, and he's even more powerless now that the Republicans control the House.

And if Bush has proven anything, it is that we cannot trust Republicans until they fundamentally change.
