So i've cut down from a fat ass, but still have a long way to go to reach my goal. Haven't lost any motivation per say, but it's been close to a year of consistent cutting and i'm probably at about 19-21%. With my goal at a true 7-8 % I know i've still got a while to go..
Two straight years of cutting is going to suck.. Especially with my appetite.
Has anyone here ever had any success using fat burners whilst in the high teens/20s? If not, at what est percent have you best found it for you?
Some have recomennded DNP.. use at your own risk... literlaly sit down for an hour and research DNP, and know EXACTLY what the fuck your putting into your body, and what DNP actually is, and what else it is used for in the industry ( spoiler:It has been used at times to make dyes, other organic chemicals, and wood preservatives. It has also been used to make photographic developer, explosives, and pesticides) . So yeah, thats what your putting into your system. Is it safe ? well is ANYTHING safe? but my advice to you is, IF something were to go wrong with my body from a fat loss agent, 10 out of 10 times i will pick the drug to be T# or clen, as opposed to DNP. SOme kid on here got nuropathy from DNP, do a search you'll find the thread... im not saying other drugs are safe, but DNP is extremely dangerous IMHO, and should be used with extreme caution, at low doses, and wisely taper it up. With DNP, more is not always better...
My #1 choice will be T3, between 50mcg -100mcg daily... that coupled with diet and cardio should give you great results...
