I am small boned and long limbed, but I have a gigantic head (7 3/4) and I have giant feet and hands for my height of a hair under 6 foot . Doctors said I would be 6'4" and I am fully convinced that sporadic hormone use in my teens stopped my growth at roughly 6 foot (I have actually measured as tall as 6 foot and 3/4 of an inch in the morning, but my evening height is 5'11" and 3/4 of an inch. Everybody thinks I am 6'2"-6'3" though and people constantly guess my weight at 250 when I am 220-225. I just have a highly deceptive
Frame with a 6'7" wingspan. Basically I have the worst frame ever for body building , but I am a highly motivated individual and it took me a decade to get to 220 lean and I'm not letting the fact that I would be better fit as a wide receiver or shooting guard stop me from enjoying the sport I love. My feelings are that if absurdly long limbed guys like serge nubret and Arnold could build physiques like that by 25-27 (24 arnold really had an incredible physique actually), without insulin and gh, then I can try to reach their physiques as best as I can instead of trying to look like Ron or McGrath (modern tall long limbed bodybuilders). And note I said TRY. And don't chastise me for having goals of Having Arnold or serges physique. I will 99 percent not achieve this. But I am truly of the belief these days that with hard work and a real understanding (and then application ) on anabolics and minimal gh can give you a physique comparable to the physiques in Arnold's era. Unfortunately, you must have the genetics to believe in my concept.
For example, I am on :
10 iu daily gh blue tops
700 mg primo
700 mg weekly tren ace (recently dropped it from 1400 mg due to blood pressure.)
350 mg weekly sustanon
And I may add 350 mg Npp in for my joints next week.
This is by no means a light cycle, but with hard training and a dedication to eating a lot of food that will make you grow (not all dirty!), rest, a narcotic and (for the most part) alcohol free
Life style and one more element you guys don't want to hear, a fucking
Incredible, monstrous and totally cut physique will emerge.
The other element that nobody wants to hear? Cardio.
Arnold and Franco did 30 minutes minimum daily. Flex does TWO AND A HALF HOURS evey day. The assertion that we at get big can and will not do
Cardio because we are on gh is something I urge everyone to closely examine.
