Doggcrapp training style masturbation sessions  ;D.

I found directly training them e.g. wrist curls was pointless. These excercises would also causes my wrist joints to hurt.

 Forearms grew from deadlifts, bb rows and shrugs and they grew most when the rest of my body did i.e. during cycles.
