cutting fat AND building muscle

Hi guys.  I have a question or just a request for your imput on Building muscle while cutting fat.  Is this possible.  Curantly I am running test and tren and eating LOTS of protien.  Ie. breakfast is 10 egg whites with .5 cup of oatmeal with banana.  meal 2 is protien shake only lunch is hamburger with salsa preworkout is rice and chicken post workout is protien shake and banana then before bed is either steak or egg whites.  I am 249lbs with LOTS of gut as I have been eating like a pig and only trainng on and off for last 2 years.  before that I was steady trainng with no gut but with job and kids etc i got away from it and turned nice and fat.  lol.  Any thoughts would be greatly appricated.

Lots of calorie dense foods and sugars in your diet.

Drop the burgers and steak,go with more eggwhites and skinless chicken breasts.

Drop the bananas also........too much sugar.

Once you lean out,you can add those foods back in.

Cardio..........walk on an inclined treadmill for 30 minutes after training and on off days.

agreed..cardio is the most important aspect of building a nice physique,...no getting around it

you can really only do this if you are brand new to exercise/lifting or youve never eaten a decent amount of protein on a daily basis beforre.

otherwise you could make it happen VERY VERY SLOWLY in both directions by eating at maintanence and working out consistantly.

1 gram protien per lb of lean body weight + calories to match your goal. food choices, meal frequency dont matter.
