1/2 marathon trail run

 Mar 17th, Any special drugs I should take?  :D

 I swear these long runs pull more fat off of my body than anything else, the only problem is that they make you really hungry for a couple of days afterwards.

Get your ass to Mexico for a week of altitude training. Or, just blood dope. Or, suck the hind tit, and spend the rest of the day drinking some beer and eating wings carbing up. Good luck.

I've completed a couple of these as well.  Great training.

I don't know of any special drugs though, sorry.

Ran for 2:15 minutes yesterday getting ready for next Saturdays race, last night I ate 4 big tacos and a bunch of cookies, already finished the cookies and ate the rest of the torillas and taco meat this morning.
 I still barely even feel like I have eaten anything.  :D
