Carb back loading?
« on: March 25, 2012, 11:22:00 AM »
CBL ie avoid eating carbs through the day but eat carbs after training only in the evening. The idea is that you are less sensitive to insulin at night so you can tolerate carbs better thereby your fat cells wont respond as much to the carbs (and you stay lean(er)). What are your thoughts? Just read about it wondering if I should bother with it or just stick to sub 110g carbs a day when dieting.

If you combine protein with carbs the insulin  sensitivity is lessened anyway.

How about slow digesting carbs during the day and fast digesting carbs post workout while dieting.
