six keto meals a day then normal chichen ,tuna steak with rice two days a week ,normal weight train six days a week and cardio at 330am ,the six days is one bodypart a day shoulders and calves twice a week lot of giant sets etc , muscle has never been the issue i retain fat, my lifestyle is methodical every day, i can eat bland food forever
that is probably your problem.....
whe dieting strict forever your metabolism will crash....
i did the keto thing.... and ended up burning out....
now i eat whatever i want... just i make sure it's good healthy food.... rice, chicken, bread, some fruits, eggs..... etc etc...
3 times a day mostly.... somtimes when hungry i eat more.... and sometimes i am not hungry... i eat less.... (yeah i know, logical right
)
and i look leaner and better then when i was eating like a "bodybuilder"

about hrt.... just go on a good cycle, nothing to crazy.... use doses which you can maintain a lifetime without sides.....
things like primo.... low dose test... eq....
tren will help with fatloss.... but so will any decent fatburner...
when you are not looking for being a competition bb ..... and want to go for health...
do it this way....
having said that nothing beats tren as far as effects though.....
but i would use
primo
low dose test...
maybe add eq.... ( i can't use it no more...)
