HRT and tren at 31

due to past abuse i am going on hrt at 31 , only thing is after giving up on finding tren it has found me and i have just got two bottles, been trying to get lean for six months now and just cant<not like when i used to juice and compete ten years ago


So i am hoping having normal test levels may allow this,So adding just tren to a hrt program should this help me get down to where i wana get and then i could maintain it ?

IMO, the juice has made you lazy, and you dont want to put the time and effort into getting lean... by your calculations, you were juiced to the gills at the age of 21, so you never really put your time and effort and practise your willpower to get lean, and now you still think that drugs are the ONLY way to do it...

But to answer you, tren will make you burn the fat, you can add some t3 as well ( specially on HGH).

could you maintain it ? yes, by watching yopur diet and cardio, but you will never be as jacked naturally compared to while on tren

comp diet for six month dude aint lazy, :-\ stuck at 13percent , i am clinicaly allowed hrt , and have not been on gear for 8 years so how am i reliant on drugs also hgh is out i am in oz

maybye some eca and tertroxin

1)first you have to realize that this shouldnt be a 2-3 week task, you should realistally consider 2-3 months, unless you want to introduce more drugs

2) eat clean. you never mentioned your diet, but normally people who work 12 hour shifts have shitty diets, and i dont blame them, but normally eat junk food and fast food. try to eat healthy

3) again, i know after a 12 hr shift the last thing you wanna do is cardio, but you gotta do that shit

4) Add T3 to help metabolism

5) add ECA or another thermogenic to help burn more cals . clen might be another option for you

6) tren does help, but has alot of sides ( allegedly). you can start low and see how you tolerate it.


but keep in mind, you need some lifestyle choices in order to be in that fitness look category year around, unless you wanan be on drugs year around....

six keto meals a day then normal chichen ,tuna steak with rice two days a week ,normal weight train six days a week and cardio at 330am ,the six days is one bodypart a day shoulders and calves twice a week lot of giant sets etc , muscle has never been the issue i retain fat, my lifestyle is methodical every day, i can eat  bland food forever

that is probably your problem.....
whe dieting strict forever your metabolism will crash....
i did the keto thing.... and ended up burning out....

now i eat whatever i want... just i make sure it's good healthy food.... rice, chicken, bread, some fruits, eggs..... etc etc...
3 times a day mostly.... somtimes when hungry i eat more.... and sometimes i am not hungry... i eat less.... (yeah i know, logical right ;) )
and i look leaner and better then when i was eating like a "bodybuilder"
and i am your age... 32

about hrt.... just go on a good cycle, nothing to crazy.... use doses which you can maintain a lifetime without sides.....
things like primo.... low dose test... eq....
tren will help with fatloss.... but so will any decent fatburner...
when you are not looking for being a competition bb ..... and want to go for health...
do it this way....
having said that nothing beats tren as far as effects though..... ;D ;D ;D
but i would use

Cheers on diet stuff on the mine site all food is provided and as much as you want so i eat healthy

Drugs down here are doctor prescribed only EG sust,primo test(enathate) and deca 50mg per ml
everything else is expensive thai bunk , a guy was charged 300 bucks for a kit of pregnyl

i trained from 15 to 19 natural then did stanazol,then sust ,then 1000mg sust 10 dbols 200mg deca and 10 units of actrapid slin 3 times a day ,no real pct and now my body is screwed
