Give me a break.  He just trained hard for a year or two and drank whey protein. I have a bridge in Brooklyn that I am selling for a cheap price if anyone on this thread is interested.

My friend races downhill mountain bikes professionally and looks just like that guy.
Doesn't train with weights.

He did lift about ten years ago, and was one of those fuckers that you hate because
he makes rapid gains and hit his genetic limit lean and fast.
