I have not taken protein powders in a quite some time, but due to long working hours and scheduling (and hunger) I have had to rely on some protein powder.
Vitol's Egg White mixes very well, is easily digestible, and I take it sort of the old Larry Scott/Rheo Blair way. I add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. When I have a blender, I use some almond or peanut butter and some raw honey.
Good stuff.
I used to take Healthy 'N Fit Egg White Powder, but that stuff tastes god awful, I don't care what the label says and how good it might be.
