there is a deal in the works.  It will cost him very much money but he will be released within 6 months and have citizenship.

I just got off the phone with Obama and the word is that GH15 is applying pressure to all levels of the government to get Victor out. He even went so far as threaten to send in Cobra Commander, the Legend of Doom and even Darth Vader if this does not get done.
