or they are called oak fliers i think not sure they are green little worms about an inch long with a long web or strand from a tree they hang down in large amounts here in NC all of a sudden this year. Last year it was the Zeketa bugs that looked like june bugs that made tons of freaking noise last year
these inchworms are everywhere hanging by the trees and getting on you its crazy looking at the patterns of nature something different every year
