Triple threat: Zumba+Jazzersize+tae bo=massively cut CORE. Along with a sensible diet of maybe fruits, veggies and you could possibly substitute a slim fast shake in here and there.

I know a lot of middle age men who have money are having plastic surgery to remove fat around their abs. One guy I know who is skinny/fat now has abs. It makes it look like he trains when he just had fat removed.  It does look a little off to me to see it but I know bodybuilding.  I bet to the public they see a guy with abs and in shape. I know better.
