regardless of your bodyweight. say if someone is 400 pounds and they have a low pulse rate per minute say 85 beats per minute are they still healthy circulation wise?

right now i decided to do one arm pushups and pullups in the pm only everyday, i save dumbell lunges for the morning everymorning. In order for me to get that pm workout in i need some flavorble food like 4 to six krispy kremes but ill eat it with alot of raw kale greens or raw turnip greens. this will be good for absorbing the vitamins since vitamins need fat and yogurt in the system, i have yogurt along with grits everymorning. a shitload of beans and bread for lunch. leafy greens 3-4 times a day and dark grapes and carrot juice everyday

anyways i think if i keep this up i may near 400 pounds one day, i dont know a whole hell of a lot about pulse rate but im assuming if its 85 that its a perfectly normal amount of beats
