I think branch and johnnie are competing for the title of worst form champion.. BTW Branch is stronger than johnnie, Johnnie should formaly relinquish his title for all to see.

Just proves everything GH15 says about growth hormone, you dont have to really even workout. I mean cmon all those partials equal 1 rep per set. I like JOJ but he needs to get away from Troll Warren.

how many oxys are these two clowns munching on a daily basis to drown out the pain of training like that? Every tendon in their bodies must feel like chewed beef jerky.
