I'm pretty new at this, but may I have some opinions on this stack? I'm preparing for a local contest.
Week 1 -10 - 500mg Sustanon/wk
Week 1 - 2 - 50mg Dbol/wk
Week 3 - 10 - 20-140mcg clen/day for two weeks, one week break with Benadryl, repeat
Week 6 - 10 - 20-50mg Stano tabs (taper up and down)
Week 12 - Contest Day
Right now I'm in week 6 of this cycle. Fat loss is ok. I'm at 8% right now. And my strength has actually went up slightly, even on a 2100kcal diet (I'm 5'6", 165lbs).
And I was wondering,
is there any changes I should make (or should have made)?
Should I add 20mg Nolva on week 10 up to contest day to reduce water retention? Right now I'm not feeling much side effects. Barely any water retention and a few spots on my face.
And yes, I know I'm a noob. Hoping to learn. Thanks for the responses.
