That's all the IFBB is, one giant conflict of interest. No one other than the few who run it take it seriously, and they can't understand why others don't take it seriously yet they still walk around purporting it to be the most serious thing of all time. Even so, they don't really care. The IFBB is content to live in its little own little world continually pushing away any opportunity that might help it if such an opportunity threatens to change anything about the IFBB's structured nature.

I honestly cannot think of a single organization that is more detrimental to itself than the IFBB. Well, maybe the Taliban or Al Qaeda since they seem to think killing their own men through suicide attacks is a good idea but the IFBB has been doing the same thing to itself for years.

The healthcare argument, which I've heard others state I disagree with. The IFBB is a private organization, and on that basis they're not required to provide health care for anyone just as no private organization should be required to. If they want to provide it, sure, could they get some type of fantastic deal on a group plan, I'm sure they could, but that's up to them. Overall though I agree with you on the basis of the insanity and corruption of the IFBB.

Here are some prime examples of how stupid the whole thing is.

When we did the probodybuilding.com thing. off the top of my head I can think of about two dozen men and women, all top IFBB pro's who we offered numerous video shoots to for pay ranging from $4,000-$6,000 per video...those who have a say in the IFBB and influence wouldn't allow it. I won't mention the names of the people who were a problem, but to give you more of an idea I once went to one of these controlling people and wanted to do a video with Jenny Lynn, it would have paid her around $10k for a full day of shooting...this guy wouldn't even return my phone call and I kept getting the run around from his secretary and this was after we are sponsoring nearly every major IFBB and NPC show.

There are countless examples like this, we were trying to do all we could to throw as much money as possible at these competitors, something no one else would do and it was not allowed. It was a complete load of crap.

So you are angry you could not corrupt an athlete with boat-loads of money to do what he/she is allready doing with somebody else--->promote yet another lying product and present an image that is nowhere near based on truth to young gullible people with 1 goal in mind, to increase own profits?

You present your case as that of bad ethics from the other party. You just didnt have enough money and pull in this dirty ethics-less business.

Your motives and goals are the same as those you complain off.

I'm not sure if I'm following you here. Corrupt an athlete? I don't understand where you got that from. In anything else, athletes are allowed to work with numerous people. For example, a football player has a contract with Nike, and while he can't work with another shoe company he can still work with Gatorade or some car insurance company or for whatever else.

As for products, once again I'm not following, there were no products being pushed or advertised on probodybuilding.com...ze ro.

Of course the overall idea was to increase our own profits...any endeavor that doesn't have that in mind can't survive...it takes a large amount of money to keep sites like that operating and running and people are not going to do the work for free...do you do to work for free?

Actually, we had enough money to do anything we wanted, it was a rare situation and not having enough money is not what caused the problem. The fact that we had the ability to do these things, some didn't like it because it made their position feel threatened.
