I know a guy that had horrible blood work, had a heart attack and a bunch of other problems.
He lifts and uses AAS, ate a typical high animal protein diet with lots of carbs and fats.
His doc told him he was going to die, so he went completely vegetarian. The real kind, not those jackasses
that eat pasta all day and say they are vegetarian because they don't eat meat. He says all of his blood work is
flawless now, he has completely reversed his health issues.
I am a big believer in vegetables, but I still get in a good amount of protein mainly from eggs.
I picked up '150 healthiest foods in the world' by Dr. Jonny Bowden, and ate only foods from that book for a couple
weeks. It was not long enough to really see long term health benefits, but I never felt so healthy and energized.
I need to get my discipline back and eat more healthy foods.
