vegetables from the ground. back in the olden days of yung negas you wouldve gotten enough b12 from the soil on your food that was in the ground, but food now is so extensively washed u lose the b-12. so take it! im sure i lack in b-12 but i dont want to eat eggs with heme-iron to acheive b12, so just keep this in mind

i dont have freshly fertilized soil tuff guy  ::) much of the earth mass is an ancient shit left over from an ancient giant god of the heavens. wich caused dianasaurs (wich wer large) and giant plants (wich were much larger than t0days) because the soil(shit) was vibrant and fresh. But now this is why modern farming from 1800's-2000's need to use fresh fertilizer since the old shit has lost much of its value, and are food is free from fresh dirt and shit
