I've worked a longish time in Hotels and you meet all kind of interesting people in the good and big hotels...
This is about 17 years ago or so ..
1) Worked the bar in A nuernberg Hotel - Eric Clapton comes down from his room gets drunk and plays unplugged songs for the rest of the night owls.
2) Bumped into the Rock while the whole wrestling crew (all the once that were famous) were staying in the same hotel, I served breakfast at the time and it was the most bizzare thing ever, about 20 wrestlers none of them had any manors what so ever eating egg whites and protein powder - the rock was cool and he asked me if I know who he is, which lol I had no idea since I wasn't into BB'ing or wrestling.
3) In the middle of the day I get a call from Reception that guess room number X ordered some food, not only a little bit but a lot of food.
So I get one of the other guys and as soon as the kitchen has the food cooked we get it upstairs, no idea who ordered the food.
My buddy knocks on the door I am behind that little table with wheels - A guy sticks his head out of the door, has long rasta type black hair all over his eyes and a nose ring, I couldn't figure out first who it was but I was sure it was somebody I've seen before, a few minutes later I figured out that it was Slash - the funny thing was - he had two hookers in his bed - A SHIT load of grass on the table lol the room was full with smoke and I still have no idea how he signed the bill with all the hair in front of his eyes - he was cool tho, I dropped of a stack of paper to his manager later asking him if I can get some autographs, he signed them all - about 10 of them and they were left for me at the reception.
4) Meet loaf or what ever that fat fucks name stayed for two nights, the hilarious thing was there were about 20 or so really good looking woman in the recpetion just hanging out pretending to have a drink at the bar - all they were there for was meet loaf, his manager comes down and goes to the girls and goes like this.... You... You... Yoooooou and you here come upstairs 
5) The hotel I worked for had a big concert hall attached to it - I worked the middle shift one day which means you are a lot by yourself - I get a call to check something out (cannot remember what) but I had to walk past the long concert hall - I hear somebody playing the piano, I open the door and its Billy Joel singing and playing the piano getting warmed up for his concert that night, nobody else there he looked at me and I made a motion if its okay to sit down and he kinda nods and I get a 43 min free concert - got in trouble with my boss after it since he couldn't find me lol but it was pretty much worse it.
6) Vanessa May was fucking gorgeous and extremely nice to the staff and especially to me
