Down from 268 during last years Mr. O. Im fucking hating admitting this but at a certain point I cut the juice out and went Adonis Principles and while I lost muscle, I lost alot of fat also. I wear size 34 pants down from 40. Never felt better. Goal is 195. No pics unless its of my awesome face. Gotta give Adam his credit.
