Is it possible to upgrade the threshold of your psychophysic flicker rate?

I can't explain it how, but I think I have just managed this,

the last 2 days I noticed how people seem to talk slower, first I was wondering if they were drunk, 

but sounds are just a tad slow sounding to me now.

this can only mean on thing, somehow my psyhophysical flicker rate must have increased. I'm actually seeing things like a smaller animal would, where everyone moves  slower, but just a little


this will make me have superior reaction to that of any other man, if true.


how would go about testing this?

Meh you can get a thing called hyper focus. It's like the opposite of ADD, but it only last a little while. Meditation, and some mental exercise can increase your ability to take in things.Note people with ADD can have hyper focus, but only in short burst.
