How would a smallish UFC fighter do in prison?

I was watching a documentary on the brotherhood and most of those guys are between 6'3" and 6'5". Would a Matt Hughes (for example) come in and own the place? Would he quickly rise to through the ranks and become a lieutenant, or end up someones little bitch???
