ok fellas, here's a few things i've learnt so far in my "gear experiment"

1. you still have to train hard to get good results, yes roids work, but you can't just take them and train like a dumbass and expect good or decent results

2. minimal dose is best ie. i started with 20 mg per day, but then went down to 10 mg per day and got just as good of results when i was on 20 mg per day

3. orals do not cause greater and better arm growth :'( :'( :'( i was told this by a rather well known powerlifter friend of mine many years back and i was hoping and praying that it was true, but it's not :'(

4. i made the greatest gains on my quads and lats, and the quads could have been expected, since my quads were a bit under-trained, and interstingly enough... my squat, row and SLD's pondages increased the most, therefore the reason why the size of my lats and quads increased the most IMO

and my question is... what are your fellas thoughts/experiences on spot gaining? my torso pwns the shit out of my arms, so i really need to re-focus on bringing up my delts and arms, particularly my biceps

my plan is to really focus on increasing my barbell curl and dumbbell military training loads, while maintaining everything else in order to really be able to focus on adding size to my delts and arms

the only way to spot gain is to inject oil into the area which you shouldnt do the rest is down to genetics

thats why you get alot of pros with weak bodyparts on otherwise amazing physiques

How did your cock hold up?  Mine didn't miss a beat and I was on 30mgs for 30 days.  I also ran 600mgs of stano, so I think that may have helped. Had some minor nut shrinkage, but they bounced back bigger than ever on the clomid.

no probs in that department, as my sex drive stayed the same as before, which unfortunately is rather high, which is not so good when you don't have a regular girlfriend :'(

but the funny thing is, my aggression levels went down a bit, and i got a bit more mellow ???

Forearms.  Forearms.  Forearms.   Aim to get them stronger than they are right now and everything else on your arms will grow.

try suspension and short esters in teh arms, ive read that long esters affect the torso and short ones the arms more.  i know it makes no sense scientifically but science doesn't mean shit, all that matters is what works.  also your prolly using too much weight when you work arms, light weight and squeeze with good form.

Yes this is true!Biceps are a small muscle group! You can do amazing things to your arms with low weight!Alot of people use to much weight and blow their form. with light weights you have way better control and can also do alot of  other types of arm workouts  with alot better form.I think form is most important when training any muscle. Hell some guys can lift decent amounts of weights when they do free weight curls with a straight bar but they swing to much causing it to work a diffrent muscle group. Its all about control with every lift. Who cares what people in the gym think! At the end of it all you will look better then someone lifting twice the amount you are lifting with sloppy form.
sloppy form does not count especially when working a small muscle group like the biceps.
