Eat fish every meal you can see the fat melt off daily. Put old bay, salt and pepper on white flaky fish it's a piece of cake of a diet

There is no denying that would work, but anytime a diet revolves around so few food groups, failure is almost certain. Not so sure one would feel right eating fish for every meal. I mean even breakfast? Sick...

Can I eat a lot of women with "freshness" issues instead?

Anyway...I love cardio.  Not the boring lame ass slog away on a machne or pointless run towards nothing cardio, but I like doing heavy bag work...high rep bodyweight work, med ball work, KB's....anything with a high "work rate".   roller hockey's a lot of fun too....
