WTF is this all about? Is it really THAT hard to remember what you're doing in the gym? Has anyone ever radically remade his body by writing stuff down in a journal? I can see making notes to yourself when you're off the gym floor and drinking a shake, but these dudes who write down every little rep in their log books are annoying.

I don't get it either. How many different exercises, routines and rep ranges are these guys cycling to have to write everything down, between every set even
But to be fair, I do think they're the ones new to the gym scene. Those who I see there often and those who have a good physique rarely writes anything down in a log book.
