go ahead and call ur bullshit,,i have videos for all of it ( except those HORRIBLE CURLS) that only use momentum--i can make u guys some curl videos anytime,,not a big dealbwt between 210-215 yes i'm only 5'8flat bench an EASY 425Iincline an easy 395in front of face free bar military press 315x4wide grip pull ups 8 reps with 90 lb on waist600lb deadliftim afraid to squat more than 4 plates for reps b/c ,,,im 30 and there is really no reason for me to screw knees and back up anymore than they alreadyi do side raises with that weight (80 or 85), and i dont swing themput ur back against a wall and use some good formwhen will people learn its not about how much you lift, its about how hard you liftbut as a last word, you're a huge guy, and anyone cal tell you have balls for putting it out therekeep working hard, maybe try to lean out just a smidge and you'll look phenomhave a great day guys
