This goes to show you that training for size only is a mistake. You gotta have a tiny waist, seperation, and roundness of the muscle belly's.  I had a freind that was 285 lbs and went to nationals....got his ass kicked all over the place by guys 220lbs...he was so pissed...until he saw the photos.  He saw he just didnt have the tiny hips/joints to have the illusion the other guys had.  He moved on and this guy should too.

BTW, heres what will make you look like a bag of shit at a show......only 195lbs.

Did David Henry ever make it out of the middle east? Hope he did. But if he's stuck behind enemy lines, we should put up some money to get David Palumbo to go smuggle him and 12 of his comrades out. Palumbo could smuggle 6 comrades in one shoe, and D. Henry and 5 other comrades in the other.
