I always laugh at the retards who think they are so tough and cool when they hit a ball at full speed....usually i walk up to them and bounce my pecs while saying " balls dont hit back" in my best chong lee voice...

How does your gym manager feel about this stud? I for one, would not be happy that everytime a warrior like you comes in for a session, I get 5 more members running out the door hyperventilating and throwing up their glutamine shots  ;D

Ha! I once registered a 000 on the punch scale on one of those. 'Course I was Cradling a pitcher of beer in the other arm, but still....000.  ;D

Went to visit a buddy of mine in Boston. First time hitting one of those machines. I was hop stepping and really putting everything I had into my punches. My friends were all going nuts laughing and cheering all hammered as fuck. Well one of the bar backs mops right in front of the thing when I'm not looking. My next swing I cro hopped again and my feet when flying into the air and I crashed down hard on a table. Had to be there I guess but my friends were rolling around on the ground crying. It must of looked hilarious.

Years ago was at a fair in Ft.Laud, hit the thing hard, missed the bag caught the metal post that holds it! Almost broke my hand cut my knuckles up pretty badly!
