Nothing....Derek just spends 2 hours rambling and talking which isn't being a radio show host.  He needs to take some cues from Aaron Singerman or Carl Lanore. 


His into playing is laughable, he stumbles over his upper lip when he speaks and quite frankly no one really cares what he has to say......with all the time he spends in that dialysis chair , he could pick up a book and learn how to host a radio show.
