Anyone get this, usually at work we get to move around a good back during the day, but was stuck at a desk all day. My back is killing me, anyone else.

Rah-tard.  I take it you're a Hangover fan :D

Yeah, sitting at a desk all day can fuck with your back, especially if you're under a lot of stress.  That sounds painfully obvious, but think about it:  while you're answering calls and shuffling shit, you're probably tense from your traps to your tail.

you need to get a job building railroads its all back work but miraculously you never have back problems just like in painting or carpentry, its always the meat eaters and smokers who get knee pains doing manual labor and regular back pains

same thing happend to me last year moving a ladder wich isnt that heavy had a humongous back spasm and for the life of me i couldnt stand up straight for the rest of the day i had to crawl to my car drive home and crawl into the house i was fucked up

it happend because i didnt workout for a long period of time.

but i got over it really fast because for 2 or 3 days in a row all i did was bodyweight squats , for some reason it got everything re alined like brand new i was 30 percent better after 1 day and almost healed by day 3

i think we have back spasms if your body is too unnactive or a segment of your body is too unnactive for a period of time. for me im always active but i was realy slacking on exercise however

i think the back spasms is a reminder to keep the body active

having a spasm gives you one of two choices, seek advices from docs take there pills ect
or do whats in your heart and thats active recovery

sitting around and crying about lower back is what dieing people do when they want to die and do no physical activity

What does the color of one's pyramid-shits signify?

Take a pound of kale, rinse it nice and clean.  Dry it, then bundle it up.  Finally, turn that sum bitch sideways and stick it straight up your candy ass.

it has something to do with the prism seen on the pink floyd album cover, in other words fulfilling what is asked of us in terms of velocities , and our occilation capabilities around the next sun but dont quote me im not sure what exactly is going to happen to this sun even though im supposobly in the future as i have claimed

The varying velocities of light contain all the splendors of the universe. The velocities decrease from white light (186,000 miles a second) through violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red to black (140,000 miles a second). It is by the varying movements of these velocities that the eye is affected by the sensation known as color.

The molecular constitution of a body determines the character and speed of the light vibrations it returns to the eye, and thus gives each body its own characteristic color. Hence, the term "color" is used to denote the different appearances that matter presents to the eye independent of its form.

This is what ive gatherd from the net in terms of optics but whose to say its exclusive to optics, most if not all things are relative and with the right maze of reasoning, you stumble upon a solution

Black is composed of equal parts of red, yellow, and blue. White is composed of five parts of red, three parts of yellow, and eight parts of blue. Normal or natural gray is composed of white and black in equal proportions. Black, therefore, means the result of all colors, while white signifies the reflection of all colors; and each color in its turn is but a mode of motion, or the varying sensations that we experience when these vibrations impinge upon the optic nerve.

for elected brother Hronton U.K.L. falconis

http://www.psitek.net/pages/PsiTek-you-11.html

Nature's scale of vibration is very wide in its extent. It commences with sound, then merges into thermal heat waves, and these vibrations climb the vibratory scale as the temperature increases and merge into the vibrations of the radiant heat waves in the infrared which reach up to the visible red of the light spectrum.

On a related note, the force a muscle produces depends on both its length and its neural activation level.  What do you make of this ???
