I am looking to start in a few weeks, i would post some pictures of my progress but i have no time to listen to haters bashing my photos so i think i will just post one photo when i get to 300 lbs.
trainer you should check out the bruce randall threads . he went up to 415 than reduced to 223 and won mr universe.

Every bodybuilders dream is to weight 300lbs solid, right now i am 255lbs and i have never done any hardcore stuff just test, deca dianabol etc, but now i am feeling the bug to go hardcore and get up to 300lbs just to say i did it and have some photos for memories, what do you guys think.

This is a solid 300 pounds.  You think you can pull that off?

I wish i could look like gunter at 300 but i am realistic i will look more like a offseason bodybuilder but no way will i look like lee priest.
