I dont agree with some of what paul ryan says, but I do view him as competent and prepared for this office.  Palin was not.

The problem is that Ryan is natural at 6-8% body fat right now and he's still got a few months to prepare. Unless Obama can get down to 5-7 %, add about 8 pounds of muscle, AND pass the drug test, he's walking away with a 2nd place trophy.

He worked as a personal trainer back in the 90's and he's been doing P90X for for 4 years.....not sure about the body fat claims but he's likely ripped up
